Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Terra Powders LLC.
At this time we do not provide exchanges. Where a product is not received or is damaged we will not provide a replacement, but will provide a refund for those who meet the conditions of this policy.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us. We may request photographic proof of damage or other proof of the problem. Once approved for the return, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
Return shipping costs will not be covered by Terra Powders LLC. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase less the costs of shipping charged on the original purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way upon our return receipt of it, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. We may offer store credit but retain the right to do so at our sole discretion.
